Register With The Practice?

We currently have an open list and welcome requests for registration with the practice from patients living or moving to the practice area (see the map page). Please call into the health centre and complete a registration form.

You will be invited to make an appointment for a new patient check. If you move out of the area, we regret that you must register with another practice. A patient is free to express a preference to see any doctor or nurse, and any such preference will be recorded.
